Pre milling device

Using diamond double pre milling cutters to further modify the ripple marks, burrs and edges caused by the sawing process of the cutting board, in order to achieve better edge sealing effect.

Separation device

Spray a separating agent on the board that needs to be pre milled, forming an isolation layer on both sides of the board to prevent dust from sticking to the board after pre milling and making it difficult to clean.

PUR/EVAglue pol+quick sol box

The rapid sol-gel glue pot can automatically and quickly replenish hot sol particles. The glue coating device heats the hot sol through the glue pot and uses a spiral structure to evenly apply glue, with a strong adhesive force and an automatic cleaning device.

Double guide rail flush

The head alignment adopts dual guide rails, with dual motors working separately, resulting in high efficiency and fast edge sealing speed.

Manual fnishing

In order to prevent the breakage of thin veneer during sealing, the first layer of acrylic edge sealing can also be used for PVC and leveling processes, reducing the cutting force and wear of precision cutting tools.

Pneumatic fnishing

High speed oblique cutting motor, adjustable operation is more convenient, and the alloy disc ensures smooth and even trimming with a guide rail structure, making trimming more precise and stable.

The contour tracking and rounding device can make the end face of the board smoother and more beautiful.

Edge scraping device

Used to eliminate ripple marks caused by non-linear cutting processes during edge trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the edge material smoother and neater, and forming a guide rail structure
